Terms and Conditions

Bookings & Re-bookings

Existing customers are given priority booking before each new term. To secure a space, full payment must be received by the priority booking deadline.

Priority booking guarantees a place within the swim school, but not a specific time slot.

Reallocation may occur due to ability level adjustments or class sizes. While we aim to accommodate sibling and family preferences, this cannot always be guaranteed.

If payment is not received on time, we cannot hold your space. Any remaining spaces will then be offered to new and existing customers.

All bookings must be accompanied by full payment.

Cancellations, Refunds & Credits

Teachers, staff and pool facilities are booked in advance for each term based on enrolments.

Refunds or make-up lessons are not provided for non-attendance.

Once a term has begun, no cancellations will be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

Any refund is at the sole discretion of the proprietor.

In the event of a pool closure (e.g. maintenance or emergency), a make-up lesson will be offered. If you are unable to attend the make-up session, no refund will be given, however, we may be able to offer an alternative if appropriate.

Class Changes & Safety

Class sizes are target numbers and may vary.

In cases of staff absence, a replacement teacher will be provided where possible. Occasionally, classes may be combined.

Please minimise noise and ensure that siblings or guests remain supervised.

Parents should not interrupt or approach the teacher during lessons. Any concerns should be directed to the poolside coordinator.

Changing Facilities & Supervision

Children over age 7 must use the appropriate changing rooms.

Mothers may only enter the girls' changing room.

Fathers may only enter the boys' changing room.

For children under 7 who require help, they must be accompanied into the changing room that matches the assisting parent's gender.

Parents must remain at the venue for the full duration of their child's lesson. If siblings are swimming in different time slots that exceed 30 minutes, a parent must still remain on-site.

Behaviour & Conduct

Parents are responsible for their children before and after the lesson.

All children must behave appropriately in and around the swimming facility.

Disruptive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from lessons.
