Fun, Confidence-Building Lessons for All Abilities

We're proud to offer our weekly children's swimming lessons at the beautiful 25-metre pool at The Oratory School, Woodcote, near Reading, South Oxfordshire (RG8 0PJ).

Lessons take place on Sunday afternoons and Friday evenings for children aged 3.5 years and above, catering to all abilities — from beginners and non-swimmers to confident improvers. Our experienced instructors create a safe, encouraging environment where every child can learn to swim with confidence and enjoy being in the water.

For more advanced swimmers, we also run our popular Madden Swim Academy on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons. This course is designed for swimmers who have achieved their 100m award or higher and are ready to progress to lengths swimming and develop advanced technique.

The Oratory School offers excellent swimming facilities, including a modern 25-metre heated pool, comfortable viewing area with an on-site café for parents.
